Thursday night is back (9th Feb ohsix)
No longer shall we waste hours deciding what to watch. Instead we're launching into the first of almost a dozen Kubrick nights. Inspired by the Kubrick exhibition recently held at ACMI, we've got our hands on the Kubrick DVD box set. And we'll be watching at least one every week.
So here's all the info you need to be in the know:
Thursday 9th Feb ohsix,
My house
Lolita (probably)
starts 8.30ish (movie to start around 9pm)
Hope to see you there.

I hate you and your Kubrick boxed set. But I'm just stoked I found another Kubrick fan blogger! Kubrick fan bloggers should unite.
The ACMI exhibition was fantastic. Inspirational. Makes me want to watch all of the movies right now, and reaffirms my confidence in my choice of Media Arts at uni!
Keep up the good work... much linking to you :)
I shall be there! I'm already planning what culinary adventure I should create to bring along. I'm thinking perhaps homemade ice cream... an exotic and delicious flavour of course.
don't forget to put the machine in the fridge/freezer the night before!
Dee, OK. i'll do that. hope the prompting goes well :)
hehe, my word verification is: oinboytz, thought it sounded kind of funny.
two questions: 1. Does anyone ever notice our optional footer's antics unless I signpost it 'specially?; and B. what is the answer to this question?
Side note: if my word verification is: bbxqe, is this an x-rated bbq on the internet? you be the judge.
I noticed optional footer the other day - I need to keep a closer eye on it though. It's a sneaky devil.
I shall be attending your night this week Hooch. Nor have I seen many Kubrick movies so its going to be a new experience for me
Andrew
I completely missed that side note Hooch! Very funny. I wonder if it's possible to have an X rated BBQ over the internet...
Methinks web cams, laptops on a wireles network and non-standard use of sausages might do it.
hehehehehehe. actual literal LOL Erica......! chuckle chuckle chuckle
awesome andrew, look forward to seeing you there (and all of the rest of you who don't bother letting me know that you're coming......would still be a pleasant surprise if you showed up)
hey, if the lowercase 'l' was infact a capital 'I' then my word verification would be: Ivyemu....a strange concept, i'm sure you'd agree
